Registered Nurse (RN) - Constant Care Health Services LLC : Job Details

Constant Care Health Services is a Staffing Agency that provides Excellent Services to our Community. We are currently seeking HealthCare Heros to join our 5 Star facilities throughout the Bronx.

POSITION: RN

Qualifications:

• Must have current New York RN license
• Must have BLS
• Must have experience as a Registered Nurse Preferred (New Graduates are Welcomed)
• Must have experience in Long Term Care Preferred
• Must have management experience
• Must have excellent communication skills

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Performs required skills (assessment, intervention) according to guidelines, forms, policies and procedures
• Develops care plan that demonstrates knowledge of criteria to ascertain residents' specific needs based on health care problem(s)
• Carries out care plan that demonstrates familiarity with criteria to establish resident priorities specific to anticipated outcomes
• Implement physicians' orders; administer medications, start IVs, perform treatments, procedures and special tests and document treatment as required by company policy and local/state/federal rules and regulations
