*Registered Nurse (RN)**STARTING RATE: $40.00/hr. ($40.00 - $42.00/hr., dependent upon experience)**SHIFT: *Part-Time, Days, EveningsWeekly Paychecks* Same-Day Pay Options* Health, Dental, Life Insurance* Weekend Pick-Up Shift Enhancements* Referral Bonus up to $500/referral* Tuition Assistance* Clinically Complex Positions* Flexible Schedules*JOB DESCRIPTION:*A Registered Nurse supports residents' health, wellness, and illness prevention by developing, managing, and monitoring nursing care plans tailored to meet each resident's medical, physical, and emotional needs. The RN oversees the day-to-day clinical activities of health care personnel (e.g., LPNs and CNAs) while maintaining a nurturing environment for residents and striving to meet their maximum security and comfort needs.*RESPONSIBILITIES:*Provide direct care and treatment to long-term and rehabilitation residents. Provide assessment and documentation of residents under their care. Initiates and administers Intravenous treatments. Communicates with the nursing team and medical team as appropriate. Reviews and evaluates the resident care plan. Transcribes Physician orders and may assist in orientating new staff.
