The RN oversees the day-to-day clinical activities of health care personnel (e.g., LPNs and CNAs) while maintaining a nurturing environment for residents and striving to meet their maximum security and comfort needs.*RESPONSIBILITIES:*Provide direct care and treatment to long-term and rehabilitation residents. Provide assessment and documentation of residents under their care. Initiates and administers Intravenous treatments. Communicates with the nursing team and medical team as appropriate. Reviews and evaluates the resident care plan. Transcribes Physician orders and may assist in orientating new staff.
