Bay Area Endoscopy Center, located in Castro Valley, CA., is hiring a seeking a per-diem Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team.

Under general direction from Administrator, the Registered Nurse provides professional nursing care through assessment, planning, treatment and evaluation of the patient. The registered nurse is responsible for delivering safe, knowledgeable, compassionate, educative and individualized nursing care to patients and families.

Benefit from a competitive pay range of $48.00 to $70.00 per hour for this position!

Shift: Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Required Skills:

Qualifications:

* Must be a Registered Nurse with an unrestricted license in the state

* Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing

* 1-3 years' previous experience in PreOP/PACU preferred

* Previous experience in an ambulatory surgical center strongly preferred

* Must have current BLS, ALS and PALS

* Must possess a strong knowledge of surgical procedures and management of the surgical patient

* Understanding of aseptic techniques and their implementation

* Ability to quickly adapt to changing condition of the patient when needed
