Overview:Ebenezer is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for our newest Skilled Nursing Community (TCU/LTC) in St. Paul, Minnesota! When you come to work at an Ebenezer community, we strive to support your growth, honor your strengths and empower you to make a difference in the lives of others.Responsibilities/Job Description:Monitors personal cares provided to assure consistency with each individual plan of careAdministers medications and performs treatments per physician orders and facility policiesProvides data relevant to the development of the plan of careRN – Assesses plan of care, resident goals and revises, modify plan of care as necessaryProvides reports and documentation related to incidents, change of status and cares providedQualifications:Required:Vocational/Technical Training or Associate Degree - Registered NurseCurrent MN RN licenseAHA BLS for Healthcare Providers or Red Cross CPR for Professional RescuersBLS is required upon hire and/or new hire must show proof that they are currently enrolled in a BLS class to renew or obtain their certification. BLS certification must be obtained within three-weeks of hire date and before nurse can perform independent practice0-1 years of experiencePreferred:0-3 years of experienceTCU LPN/RN experienceBasic computer skillsPoint Click Care knowledge
