Utilize your clinical skills and compassionate spirit to collaborate with our multidisciplinary teams, championing holistic wellness, and fostering growth across all ages and stages of life.Get Ready to transform: Your Role in Action!* Collaborate with May Institute's interdisciplinary team, including clinicians, therapists, and direct support staff.* Use organizational skills to maintain meticulous records ensuring healthcare records remain in compliance with state regulations.* Conduct monthly reviews using the Health Risk Screening Tool (HRST) as required by the NH Bureau of Developmental Services (NHBDS).* Assist with preparations for annual certification reviews.* Conduct medication administration recertification classes and other staff training as necessary.Your Skills and Talents: A Winning Combination!* Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in New Hampshire.* Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and strongly preferred.* Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques is desirable.* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills, with a demonstrated ability to thrive within an interdisciplinary team.* Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, committed to evidence-based practice and continuous quality improvement.* Flexibility to adapt to the unique needs of each client and their family, exhibiting empathy, patience, and cultural sensitivity.* Uphold confidentiality and professionalism while fostering a supportive and empowering environment for clients and colleagues alike.Get ready to make waves of positive change and embark on a journey that's both impactful and rewarding!Other details* Pay Type HourlyApply Now* New Hampshire, USA
