As an RN, you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and enhancing residents' well-being. You will:

• Collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
• Use the nursing process to promote residents' maximum mental and physical capabilities.
• Provide safe, therapeutic care from admission through discharge.
• Act as a positive clinical role model and resource for staff.

• Licensure: Current RN license in the State of Iowa.
• Certification: CPR Certification (required within six months of hire).
• Experience: Long-term care experience is preferred but not required.
