What You'll Do:

Registered Nurses atThe Pines at Glens Fallsplay a pivotal role in ensuring the health, comfort, and overall well-being of our residents. Your responsibilities will include assessing patient conditions, developing and implementing care plans, administering medications, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting patient assessments
• Developing individualized care plans
• Administering medications, treatments, and IV therapies
• Monitoring and recording patient vital signs and medical status
• Providing wound care and other nursing interventions
• Collaborating with the resident care team to ensure the delivery of holistic care
• Being a role model, training and guiding Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) to deliver quality care

Qualifications of a Registered Nurse include:

• Valid NY Registered Nurse license (RN)
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
