REGISTERED NURSE (RN) CHARGE NURSE FOR A SKILLED NURSING FACILITY - Pinnacle Rehab Staffing : Job Details

We are looking for a Full Time Registered Nurse (RN) for a high-paying, permanent Charge Nurse position for a 40 bed unit Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF). The Registered Nurse must be willing and able to work Monday through Friday from 2:30pm - 10:30pm. The evening hours will include a $5 shift differential payout! We will consider Registered Nurses who have at least 3 years of experience with adult or geriatric medical/surgical patients, such as in SNF, ALF, Hospital, Rehabilitation, Home Health, or Hospice. The Charge Nurse is responsible for performing a variety of duties to provide quality nursing care to residents; performing various documentation and communication duties; ensuring safety and care of resident environment;providing residents with dignity and respect; achieving goals as established in the departments annual operating plan; coordinating work within the department, as well as with other departments; supervising assigned staff; reporting pertinent information to the immediate supervisor; responding to inquiries or requests for information. CHARGE NURSE (RN) JOB REQUIREMENTS: The Registered Nurse must have at least 3 years of recent experience working with adult and geriatric medical / surgical patients in any of the following settings: Emergency Room, Emergency Department, rehabilitation Center / skilled nursing facility SNF, home health care / visiting nurse setting, rehab hospital, correctional facility, hospital / medical center, Intensive Care Unit ICU, Medical Intensive Care Unit MICU, Surgical Intensive Care Unit SICU, Definitive Observation Unit DOU, Critical Care Unit CCU, float / pool nurse. The RN must be Registered Nurse. The Registered Nurse must have a current license in the state. The Registered Nurse must either be a US Citizen or have your green card.
