Helmerich Women's Health Center, Kaiser Rehabilitation Center, the latest technology for the treatment of cancer, and the Oklahoma Heart Institute. *Responsibilities** Responsible for the Coordination and Implementation of Nursing Clinical Education Programs and Clinical Competence. * Responsibilities include the planning, organization and execution of education/training programs as identified through needs assessment, quality improvement, and implementation of new products and technology. * Assists in the effective operation through teamwork, customer service/satisfaction, quality assurance, adherence to legal and financial regulations, providing feedback and assisting in the development and implementation of policies and procedures as they apply to areas of responsibility. * Works collaboratively with other members of the education team and facility leadership on global hospital education initiatives as directed. *Qualifications*Job Requirements:* Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)* Current, unrestricted OK RN License* Basic Life Support (BLS) Certified* Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) CertifiedPreferred Job Requirements:* Master of Science in Nursing (MSN)* 3-5 years experience - nursing education experience* ER or ICU experience []( []( []( [](With 30 hospitals and hundreds of clinics, Ardent Health Services is a premier provider of health care services, delivered with compassion for patients and their families and with respect for employees, physicians and other health professionals.
