We are a Group home Care Facility with several locations; Brooklyn Park, Maple Grove, and Brooklyn Center.8 Hour Shifts starting at 7am, 3pm, and 11pm and 12 Hour Shifts starting at 7am or 7pm*Nursing Duties and Responsibilities:** Provide Daily Cares and Assist with patient comfort* Administer medications, provide wound care, and care for other treatment options* Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior.
