- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to deliver optimal patient care
- Assess patient progress, document findings, and communicate changes to the physician
- Educate patients and families on care plans, medications, therapies, and healthy living
- Coordinate the safe discharge of patients from services, ensuring all goals are met
- Graduate of an accredited Registered Nurse (RN) program
- Active, unrestricted RN license in South Carolina or compact multi-state license
- At least one year of nursing experience (home health care, Med/Surg, or Critical Care preferred)
