Job Title: Intake RN Manager

Salary: Beginning at $120,000

Responsibilities:

Supervise, instruct and guide intake coordinators and auxiliary personnel in referral intake and follow-through

Design and implements efficient work processes to ensure sound communication between departments, referral sources and physicians

Qualifications:

Successful completion of an accredited school of professional nursing.

Possession of a current RN license in the state of New York (NYS).

Must have a mandatory 2 years of CHHA Intake Department experience

Must have a minimum of 1-year supervisor experience

Must have experience with ALLSCRIPTS
