Registered Nurse (RN) - Residential Housing Program - Tandym Group : Job Details

A nonprofit services organization in New York is looking to add a new, licensed Registered Nurse (RN) to join one of their Residential Housing Programs in Rockland County. About the Opportunity:

• State Date: ASAP
• Schedule: Monday to Friday
• Hours: 9am to 5pm
• Patient Population: Adult IDD population
• Call Schedule: None
• EMR: PrecisionCare

Responsibilities: The Registered Nurse (RN) will:

• Work with residential staff to provide individuals appropriate, quality medical care
• Ensure that the medical and health needs of individuals are met
• Handle ongoing communication with the Residential Management team and staff
• Follow OPWDD regulations
• Perform other duties, as needed

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of Clinical experience
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
• NYS Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Microsoft Office Suite proficient
• Solid assessment and documentation skills
• Patient oriented
• Great interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong attention to detail
• Highly organized
