Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise nursing staff during night shifts, ensuring smooth operations. Monitor and manage patient care plans, with a focus on safety and quality. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive patient care. Mentor staff, providing guidance and addressing challenges as they arise. Ensure compliance with healthcare policies and standards. Adjust staffing based on patient needs and census. Qualifications Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in New York. BLS and ACLS certifications required. 2 years of experience in a supervisory or charge nurse role preferred. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Willingness to work night shifts.
