Adecco Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and passionate professional to join our client's team!

Position Name: **Registered Nurse (RN)**

Employment Type: Direct-Hire & Permanent

Setting: Primary Care/Outpatient

**Pay**

$70,000 - $80,000 a year

**Shift**

- Monday-Friday: 8am-5pm

- No: OT, weekends, or on-call

**Qualifications - Education and Experience**

_Required:_

- Associate's degree in Nursing.

- RN license Oklahoma

- 5 years of current direct nursing experience.

- Acute, Primary Care (or similar), and/or Triage experience.

- BLS certification.

_Preferred:_

- BSN or a degree in Healthcare Administration.

- Experience working with geriatric patients.

- Bilingual in Spanish or other languages spoken in the community.

- Experience in a community-based clinic or public health department.

- Proficient in PC skills and Microsoft Office Suite.

- EMR experience with eClinicalWorks.

**Job Summary**

- Execute clinical team workflows and deliver high-quality patient care.

- Conduct triage, education (patients/family/staff), and daily nursing activities.

- Work with Providers and Center Management to optimize clinical operations. - Implement performance improvement initiatives.

- Ensure adherence to national standards and state regulations for nursing, medicine, and pharmacy practices.

- Oversee clinical quality and patient safety through staff training and development. Maintain and enforce clinical processes, policies, and procedures.

- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and uphold exceptional standards of care.
