We have positions available for full-time and part-time, 12-hour shifts, and 8-hour shifts. Who We AreThe Allure Group is a consortium of six rehabilitation centers across Brooklyn and Manhattan, NY, specializing in post-acute and sub-acute skilled nursing and rehabilitation. As an RN Unit Manager at The Allure Group, you would be part of a winning team doing meaningful work to improve residents' quality of life, health, and comfort.RN Unit Manager ResponsibilitiesEvaluate the effectiveness of patient care and identities any issues that affect desired resident outcomesAssess, review, and maintain that daily resident care needs are met, and appropriate resident care is givenAddress resident and staff concerns to promote quality careSupervise staff nurses and CNAs to ensure their completion and quality of dutiesMake rounds of resident rooms to observe and evaluate resident's physical/emotional stateReview order and care plansProvide direct nursing care as necessaryPerform all assigned tasks in accordance with established policies and proceduresRemain prepared to do any services or assignments within the scope of practice of an RNRN Unit Manager RequirementsValid, current RN licenseMust be knowledgeable of nursing practices and procedures, and/or terminology, laws, regulations, and the guidelines that pertain to long-term careAt least one-year experience in a supervisory capacity in a long-term care facilityStrong leadership and interpersonal skillsCOVID-19 VaccinationPreferredPrevious experience with Point Click CareWhat We OfferCompetitive pay scaleWeekly payrollMedical and dental coverage401kPaid time offCEU-eligible training programsOngoing leadership and professional development trainingDedicated and local leadership supportPlease visit our careers page to see more job opportunities.Please visit our careers page to see more job opportunities.
