Scion Staffing is excited to announce an opportunity for a dedicated Payroll Manager to join our partner in Redmond, OR. Responsibilities: -Manage bi-weekly payroll processing for all employees, including adjustments, in compliance with company policies and tax regulations. -Calculate employee wages, deductions, bonuses, and other payroll adjustments with precision. -Communicate with Human Resources to ensure payroll data integrity, including updates for new hires, terminations, transfers, and pay changes. -Review payroll source documents, reconcile discrepancies, and ensure accurate processing of time records and related data. -Process garnishments and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. -Maintain accurate payroll records, documentation, and files to support timekeeping and audit requirements. -Conduct regular payroll reviews to verify accuracy and adherence to labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies. -Research and resolve employee payroll-related questions in a timely and professional manner. -Handle special payrolls, including annual bonuses and year-end adjustments, as needed. -Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end payroll functions to ensure timely reporting and compliance.Requirements: -Minimum of 3 years of Payroll experience. -HIPAA and healthcare experience a huge plus! -Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field a plus. -Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Office Suite, and advanced Excel functions. -Experience with Paylocity or similar payroll/accounting platforms. -Must be able to travel as needed for organizational operations and meetings.
