Under the direction of the department manager leads safety and quality initiatives, focuses on and simplifies workflow, and contributes to the development of staff. Increase staff satisfaction and promotes excellent (Gold Standard) customer service.Unit Description: Inpatient Surgical UnitSurgical Inpatient Unit primarily serving the Careplex postoperative patient population. Surgical specialties include Vascular, Neurosurgery, General, Orthopedic, Podiatric, Colorectal, Bariatric, Plastic, Gynecologic, and Urologic. We intermittently provide care to patients with general medical needs.
