Job DetailsRN Unit Supervisor for a short term acute rehab unit - 40 beds. There are two RN unit supervisors on the units, LPN's and CNA's. Days M-F 7a-3p! Duties include: • Assist with Admissions • Attend and participate in meetings • Conduct daily audits of all new admission charts • Serve as liaison between family, patient, doctor and other departments • Investigate all incident reports and follow-up • Participate in managing staff and assignments to ensure quality of care • Participate and report on patient conditions • Participate in annual evaluations of staff • Assist with treatment and medication administration when necessaryInterested in hearing more?
