Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse involve :Providing management & supervision of private duty nurses & aidesAssisting with coordination of clinical services to ensure appropriate service delivery under the direction of Director of NursingSupervising care of patients from admission to discharge for assigned caseloadMonthly home visits & documentation of supervisory noteDeveloping a Plan of Treatment for assigned patients & update every 60 daysAttendance at scheduled meetings to collaborate with other health care professionals to plan & implement appropriate therapeutic regimePerforming skill checks for assigned clinical staff to ensure competencyReviewing of clinical documentation to assure adequacy & quality of careReinforcement training of caregivers as required Qualifications:Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (BSN or equivalent Preferred).Active Registered Nursing license in Maryland / VirginiaCurrent CPR certificationPEDIATRIC experience: 1 year (minimum) which includes pediatric direct patient care within the last 3 years [preferred]Candidate must possess strong clinical skills to manage the care of technologically dependent patients with trachs / feeding tubes / ventilators Benefits may include:Health insuranceDental insuranceFlexible SchedulingPaid Time OffPaid Sick LeavePaid HolidaysSemi - Monthly PayDirect DepositFree ParkingInservice Training Schedule / Work Location:Monday to FridayHybrid: Office / Field Visits / Remote
