One of our client, a Health Center located in New York, is looking for an Registered Nurse - Women's HealthPosition Type: Temp to Perm/ PermLocation: New YorkSchedule: Monday- Friday 10am-6pm - Saturday Rotation - Full TimeDescription

• Provide comprehensive nursing care by assessing patient health, developing care plans, maintaining medical records, and collaborating with clinical staff to ensure quality patient care and support.
• Reports into DON

Responsibilities And Duties

• Assess patient health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing care plans and maintain medical record.
• Administer nursing care during preventive care services to ill, injured, convalescent, or disabled patients.
• Advise patients on health maintenance and disease prevention and provide medical case management.
• Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records.
• Participate and oversee performance and quality improvement activities.
• Work collaboratively with LPNs Medical Assistants in support of clinical providers and patients' need

Requirements

• Current New York State Registered Nursing License (BS preferred)
• CPR Certification
• Infection Control Certification
• Bilingual Spanish Preferred
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills
• Covid Vaccination required
• Must have some OB/ GYN outpatient experience
• Pediatric Experience Preferred
