Your Role and Responsibilities:
Student Records Management: You'll maintain student files and records with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and security. By doing so, you'll contribute to the success of our students.
Academic Compliance: Monitor and uphold academic compliance by overseeing academic processes, records, and process integrity. You'll play a vital role in maintaining the high standards of education at Concorde.
Support for Academic Department: Process incoming and outgoing requests related to the academic department, including proof of enrollment verification and transcript inquiries.
Data Accuracy: Ensure consistency of data in our systems, investigating and resolving discrepancies when necessary. Your attention to detail will help maintain data accuracy.
Clinical Calendar Review: Review and process clinical calendars, ensuring accuracy and adherence to our academic standards.
Compliance Monitoring: Be a guardian of compliance, ensuring that documentation for policy exceptions is accurate and securely maintained. You'll play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of our academic programs.
Supervisory Responsibility: You may have the opportunity to lead and mentor a small team of associates, including Test Proctors, Registrar Clerks, and Receptionists.
Your Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred.
A minimum of 3 years of related experience required.
Proficiency in data entry and attention to detail are essential.
Strong organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent customer service skills are essential.
Experience with CampusNexus is a plus.
