Job Description :
This full-time position provides direct administrative assistance for the Records and Registration Office. It coordinates and manages the day-to-day front-end office operations. Job duties include answering the phone, registering students, data management, enrollment verifications, processing routine forms, reports, and communications, and maintaining student files in the student information system. Job duties Include:
  • Answers the phone and responds to inquiries from students, faculty, parents, and other members of the public.
  • Maintains student files, including new, active, and inactive files.
  • Processes internet submissions and updates demographic data.
  • Assist students with registration and registration process.
  • Assists in the Freshdesk ticketing system.
  • Assists with database cleanup, and provides various reports as needed.
  • Processes routine forms, reports, and correspondence.
  • Updates Program Checklists yearly.
  • Manages the records retention protocols for the office.
  • Process third-party enrollment verifications/certification letters.
  • Assists with diploma mailings, graduation, and commencement as needed.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in higher education.Experience: At least 2 years of experience in administrative support, or a related role. Experience with database systems and data management tools is a plus.Skills:
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word) and database management software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently with frequent interruptions.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to develop effective working relationships within a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
  • Strong work ethic, high energy, flexibility, initiative, and creativity.
  • Available to work occasionally on Saturdays throughout the year.
