Are you ready to join a team in the global logistics and transportation services industry?

The Registration Coordinator begins the logistics process. This requires order entry and registration as well as the effective planning, organizing, and management of transportation services.

Maintains accurate, timely, and thorough records in proprietary database.

Manages exceptions and reviews database for errors and corrections.

Performs routine data entry, including entering new orders and shipment information into computerized tracking systems, tracing shipments with steamship lines, trucking vendors, railroads, and other suppliers, and updating information into operations systems.

Troubleshoots and resolves exceptions and responds to escalation of service requests.

Provides input to team leader and group manager on departmental initiatives and process improvement projects.

Performs typing, faxing, mail distribution, phone messaging, and other office-related duties as required.

Scans and separates documents in Document Management System.

Updates schedule, logs, and tasks daily.

Updates all operating systems as required (including QA and User Acceptance Testing).

Performs all other duties as assigned.

This is a fully on-site position in Reno, Nevada.

Work Environment
