GEODynamics in Millsap, TX is looking for qualified candidates for Regulations Clerk. Our campus is on the frontage road of Interstate 20 near Millsap, TX. Located west of Fort Worth, it is an easy commute from surrounding communities of Weatherford, Stephenville, Mineral Wells and Aledo.   • Create and maintain acquisitions and disposition documentation.
    • Acquisitions on in bound explosive deliveries such as ignitors and raw powders.
    • Dispositions on packaged explosives for of sale along with all power charges and ignitors going to Gtech for testing daily.
    • Maintain 5 years of documentation per our ATF retention policy.
  • Create and maintain work orders
    • Create and or adjust work orders as needed in support of department planner.
    • Entering work order completions based on daily production.
    • Reconcile work orders to be closed monthly.
    • Maintain physical documentation per our retention policy.
  • Create and maintain regulatory documentation
    • Create and maintain DSMT records.
    • Maintain internal and external Material Transfer Forms.
    • Maintain 5 years of documentation per our ATF retention policy.
  • Prepares invoices and computes freight costs and may also directly move shipments from one place to another.
  • Provides support to the team necessary to ensure an efficient service is provided to the business.
  • Obtains freight, shipping documentation preparations and maintenance and coordinates with carriers and freight forwarders to schedule pick-up of goods.
  • Assures orders and shipping quantities match picking documents through careful audit of documents.
  • Assists & evaluates needs with shipping points, services, weights & freight permits, and other information needed.
  • Initiates, answers & documents tracer inquiries when requested via email and/or fax.
Qualifications, Experience, Skills/Knowledge
  • HS Diploma or equivalency.
  • 2 - 3 years of experience in administrative, customer service, or warehouse logistics environment.
  • Basic to Intermediate Computer skills (MS Office Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Ability to prioritize & multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to communicate in a professional manner.
  • Strong organizational & time management skills.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to safely perform related physical demands of the role:
  • Bending, lifting, stooping, and standing greater than 50% of the time
  • Repetitive motion demand.
  • Hands/wrist/shoulder.
  • Ability to lift up-to 50 pounds (over 50 pounds requires a team lift).
Work/Environmental Conditions:
  • Occasional exposure to hazardous chemicals, fumes, and gases
  • Ability to work in extreme temperatures.
