Regulatory Analyst - M Boone : Job Details

Regulatory AnalystSummary A family-owned group of telecom, broadband, wireless, and data center companies is looking for a Regulatory Analyst to support the organization's regulatory department and help oversee compliance with telecommunications regulatory requirements. This is a full-time position. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, comfortable with complexity, organized, resourceful, adaptable, and diligent with follow-through. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include: Supporting the organization's regulatory function with regulatory and compliance activities such as:

• Tracking filing requirements and preparing and filing regulatory reports
• Researching regulatory and compliance requirements
• Coordination with internal teams and outside counsel and consultants to respond to inquiries from state and federal agencies
• Assist with audits from various regulatory agencies
• Assist with grants administration and compliance
• Research and respond to internal teams and executives regarding miscellaneous regulatory items

Other duties as needed.Qualifications

• Associate's degree, bachelor's degree, or degree certificate in relevant field preferred; will consider relevant experience in a regulated or legal industry
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications required;
• 1-4 years' experience in regulatory, compliance, or in a law firm or corporate legal department preferred.
