Our client, a major bank in New York City, is looking for talented Regulatory & Compliance Integration Lead, Director Level.Permanent position with competitive compensation package (base is 160-220K), excellent benefits, and target bonus.This is hybrid commute position with up to 2 days per week in the office.

Regulatory & Compliance Integration Lead

Responsibilities:

- Lead integration efforts for new initiatives for ex. Hummingbird, Behavox, ClearControl, StarCompliance etc.- Develop and implement a technology roadmap aligned with organizational goals - Enhance CI/CD pipelines for improved efficiency and reliability- Improve regression testing methodologies to ensure software quality - Develop strategies for handling increased volumes and users- Ensure compliance with information security standards- Implement best practices for data protection and privacy - Assess and upgrade current compliance technology ecosystem- Ensure seamless integration of new technologies with existing systems- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders

Technical Expertise- Extensive experience in software development and architecture(API Integration, Database Management, Java (preferred) or .NET, SQL, Python, CI/CD ethics, JavaScript. Mulesoft Integration is a plus. Experience with RESTful API design and development. Familiarity with tools like Postman, Swagger, or Apigee.) - Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, testing methodologies, and automation- Proficiency in cloud technologies and scalable infrastructure- Knowledge of information security best practices and compliance standards - Proven track record of leading technology teams - Demonstrated ability to introduce and implement innovative solutions- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Experience in process optimization and efficiency improvements - Deep understanding of current technology trends and future directions- Familiarity with compliance technology and regulatory requirements- Experience in scaling technology solutions for growing organizations
