About the Role - The Regulatory Compliance Manager or Specialist is responsible for managing various regulatory body compliance tasks and working closely with company leadership and staff to ensure adherence to regulations for all governing bodies that influence our work - the DOT, FDA, Homeland Security, EPA, OSHA, etc. To be successful, this role requires a clear understanding of regulations, dedication to company standards, process orientation, problem-solving skills, and excellent communication abilities.

Responsibilities -

  • manage regulatory compliance filing tasks for FDA, DOT, Homeland Security, EPA, OSHA, and fire departments
  • maintain compliance records with all regulatory bodies – this may require research and implementation of regulations from various bodies, including FDA, DOT, OSHA, EPA, Homeland Security, and local governments
  • manage all accident investigations and claims, including serving as the main contact for related activities with external parties like insurance companies
  • conduct regular safety audits to help employees become more effective and hold them accountable to compliance expectations
  • manage employee safety training
  • manage random drug screenings for DOT compliance

Qualifications - A bachelor's degree is required

Location - This role will be in-person at our Denver, Colorado location.

Required Skills - 2-3 years of DOT compliance is required. We'll teach you what you need to know about the FDA regulations. Knowledge OSHA regulations only will not be sufficient for our role.

Preferred Skills - Organization skills and problem solving skills will be appreciated

Pay range and compensation package - $70,000-75,000 and an equal participant in profit sharing that is paid quarterly
