Please follow this link for a closer look at what it's like to work at Children's Wisconsin: **This position is located in Delafield, Wisconsin**Assists with patient care, performs clerical functions and maintains and promotes a safe, clean and organized environment for the delivery of patient care.
Minimum Responsibilities and Requirements- Ability to read, write and perform basic arithmetic calculations at a level preferably acquired through completion of a high school education or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a pediatric healthcare environment preferred.
- Current CPR certification - Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers through American Heart or American Red Cross is required.
- Interpersonal skills necessary to gather and share information with physicians, patients, visitors, families, and team members in a courteous and confidential manner.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and prioritizing skills necessary to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks done simultaneously.
- Physical ability to lift and position patients weighing up to 75 pounds, as well as push and pull when performing cleaning functions.
- Frequently bends, lifts, twists, reaches, and squats.
- Occasionally push/pulls and does overhead work, including splint cart and patients in wheelchair.
