Some responsibilities as a Rehab Clerk

• Transport residents to and from department
• prep resident and equipment for resident treatment
• Keeps insuranse information on file and up to date
• confirm succeful transmission of faxes mailings and portal uploads
• Maintain inventory of equipment and supplies
• Ability to Adapt and take on all responsibilities of the Rehab Clerk role

Shift: Full time 8am-4pm
