What is PACE North? PACE stands for Program of All Inclusive Care for the Elderly. We are a new and unique option for individuals 55 and older who qualify for nursing facility level of care and wish to remain in their homes as they age. What does that mean? We care for the elderly at our day center on Garfield near Hammond during regular business hours and as needed in their home. If you've never heard of us before, that's okay since we're new to the region. PACE North began serving the 7 county region's elderly in 2019 and our service model is so popular it's growing quickly!

Do we have benefits? Yes! Our full-time team members enjoy; regular daytime work schedules, plentiful PTO and paid holidays, great insurance benefits with health insurance available immediately upon hire, 401k matching, regular wage reviews, and a development system designed to help you move forward. One of the most important benefits to joining the PACE North team is work-life balance, since the PACE care model operates primarily during standard business hours Monday through Friday. We also have a great team of professionals who are a joy to work with!

What does a Rehabilitation Aide at PACE North do? You can expect to assist our awesome team of therapists in providing services to our participants to help improve mobility, relieve pain, prevent, or limit permanent physical disability. All of this is focused on promoting overall fitness and wellness among our participants. You could do all of this either at the PACE Center or travel to a participant home. You'll help with equipment setup in preparation for therapy sessions, assist during the sessions, inventory and manage therapy supplies, provide clerical support, demonstrate the proper use of equipment and supplies and much more. If you love being a Rehabilitation Aide and are driven to make a difference in the lives of others, raise your hand and check us out!
