Rehabilitation Aide-InpatientJob DescriptionPurpose & Scope:The rehabilitation aide is a valuable member of the rehabilitation team who follows all VHC policies and the Rehab Department's procedures. He/she is skilled in time management, facilitates the efficient and safe delivery of care through indirect patient care and supervised direct patient care responsibilities, promotes high level customer service, is a steward for hospital resources and completes educational and administrative tasks as assigned.Education:High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.Experience:One year of experience in the healthcare field is preferred.Certification/Licensure:BLS certification is required.
