Job Summary

Supports the restorative program and implements recommendations from physicians, PT, OT, and Speech Therapy, and provides care and services which enable the resident to reach and maintain their optimal level of independent functioning.

Education and/or Experience

* Less than high school education; or up to one month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience required.

* Additional training in restorative therapy and ongoing education and competency based training required.

Certification, Licensure, Registration

* Certified as a Nursing Assistant in the state of South Dakota required.

* If not certified, required to obtain certification within 120 days starting in this position.

* Medication Aide training preferred.

Work Schedule

Varied Shifts, Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm, e/o wknd/hol; 80hrs/2wks

Pay

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.

* $17.50 - $23.00 per hour
