- DESCRIPTION OF POSITION
- A member of the health care team who is responsible for directing, modifying and administering physical therapy modalities of treatment as supervised by the staff physical therapist.
- QUALIFICATIONS
- Professional/Educational
- High school graduate or GED certification.
- Satisfactory completion of on the job training.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Certified by the American Heart Association in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR).
- DCFS Mandated Reporter Certificate of Completion required.
- Personal
- Works effectively with others, possessing tact, discretion and diplomacy.
- Demonstrates leadership and teaching ability.
- Demonstrates an ability to be flexible, organized and function under stressful situations.
