The Rehabilitation Physical Therapist is responsible for assessing patients' strengths and weaknesses, devising treatment plans, and providing therapeutic interventions to aid in healing and improving functionality. Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy, Doctorate preferred
• Licensed Physical Therapist in the practicing state
• CPR License
• Experience with EMR software preferred
