Rehabilitation Team Leader

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Rehabilitation Team Leader to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will oversee day-to-day operations of the rehabilitation department, providing guidance and support to therapists and assistants. You will also assist in staffing, scheduling, and maintaining communication with other hospital departments to ensure patient needs are met. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, strong clinical experience, and the ability to provide high-quality patient care in a licensed discipline.

Qualifications:

• State license as a Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech Language Pathologist
• BLS (CPR) certification
• Minimum of three years discipline-specific or leadership experience, with at least 2 years clinical
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
• Ability to lift, lower, push, pull, and retrieve objects weighing a minimum of 30 pounds
