Description: One of our clients is seeking a Reinsurance Business Analyst with over 5 years of hands-on experience in any reinsurance systems focuses on understanding and improving the processes and systems used by the client to manage their reinsurance operations in a production environment. This role involves analyzing business needs, gathering requirements, and collaborating with stakeholders to design and implement solutions that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of reinsurance activities. Key responsibilities include:

• Requirement Gathering: Working with stakeholders, including underwriters, actuaries, and IT teams, to gather and document business requirements for reinsurance systems.
• Process Analysis and Improvement: Analyzing existing reinsurance processes and identifying areas for improvement, such as automation opportunities, workflow optimization, or data accuracy enhancements.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyzing data related to reinsurance contracts, claims, and risk management. Developing and generating reports that provide insights into business performance and risk exposure.
• Stakeholder Communication: Acting as a liaison between business users and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project goals, requirements, and expectations.
• Compliance and Regulatory Understanding: Ensuring that reinsurance systems and processes comply with relevant regulations and standards, and that they can adapt to changes in the regulatory environment.

Qualifications:
