Make a difference - for us and for your future.Position Title: Relationship Advisor 2 - Trust Services GroupBusiness Unit: WM - FNTCReports to: Varies Based on AssignmentPosition Overview:This position is primarily responsible for providing the highest quality client service to First National Trust Company (FNTC) clients through the administration of various types of trust and investment management relationships within the Personal Trust Group. The incumbent seeks out additional client opportunities and serves as the primary point of contact for assigned personal, corporate, non-profit or government clients and is responsible for the overall client experience with the primary goals of client satisfaction and retention.Primary Responsibilities:Communicates on a regular basis with clients regarding administrative issues, investment policy and performance and services offered by FNTC for the purpose of retaining the client relationship.Administers various trust and investment accounts in accordance with governing instruments and applicable laws while complying with internal policies and procedures.Provides investment oversight and guidance by providing industry updates and investment reviews. Identifies and matches client needs with the lines of business services.Performs required on-going projects such as account reviews and at risk reports.Identifies opportunities for enhancement of client relationships by means of additional assets for existing accounts and potential new relationships. Focuses on enhanced services for client relationships by identifying all Bank channels for delivery of such services.Secures or provides documentation necessary to comply with laws, policies and regulations pertaining to trust business and account administration.Recommends and acts as advised to create efficiencies and enhance service delivery. Understands, differentiates and communicates the product and service delivery channels.Actively participates in community and corporate events while developing relationships with COI's and Internal Business Partners.Adopts, advocates and effectively practices the guiding principles and tenets of the F.N.B. Wealth Management endorsed Leadership Doctrine and Best Practices Coaching guidelines.Performs other related duties and projects as assigned.All employees have the responsibility and the accountability to serve as risk managers for their businesses by understanding, reporting, responding to, managing and monitoring the risk they encounter daily as required by F.N.B.
