PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS AN IN-OFFICE POSITION LOCATED IN SPRINGFIELD, ILLINOIS.Summary: As a frontline customer ambassador for INB, the Relationship Banker and HSA Specialist is crossed trained to provide a world-class experience for our customers.As INB's HSA Specialist, you will serve as the subject matter expert and resource for other bank staff. You will handle day to day Health Savings Account operations, as well as assist in online account opening, managing program implementations and relationships, annual open enrollment processes, and deliver on quality execution and customer satisfaction. As both a Relationship Banker & HSA Specialist, you will have a thorough understanding of the customer's transaction requirements and be able to effectively communicate all available options to them. You will educate customers about INB's financial product options and refer or sell the appropriate products and services matching the customer's needs. You will participate in the daily operations of the branch, which could include, assisting customers with account openings, account management, and other financial service needs and maintenance. You will provide timely and efficient completion of customer transactions while maintaining accurate records and thorough handling of all monies assigned. Also, you will proactively participate in the sales/quality referral process of the branch as directed by management. - Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous banking, teller experience, or customer contact/cross-sell position (preferred).You will work with multiple customers and review HSA documentation for quality assurance and adherence to policy and procedure as dictated by banking regulations and compliance. You will need to exercise strong organizational skills and attention to detail.1-2 years' experience in customer service, preferably with experience in banking and/or Health Savings Accounts.
The employee is required to regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
The anticipated starting salary range is $39,520 - $43,680 plus incentive Group Insurance Benefits and Plans INB provides health, dental, vision, and life insurance benefits to all full-time employees.
