As a growing General Agency (GA), we provide a wide range of auto insurance solutions and are committed to fostering strong, long-lasting relationships with our agents.The Relationship Manager will play a key role in onboarding new agents and ensuring their ongoing success by managing performance, providing support, and building long-term partnerships. While prior experience in a similar role is not required, agency ownership experience is crucial. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities agents face, with a passion for helping others thrive.Pay Range: $70,000- $80,000 Per Year.
