Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Relationship Manager to manage and nurture relationships with commercial clients. This role focuses on building trust, providing exceptional service, and delivering tailored financial solutions to meet clients' needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of 25+ clients with a focus on commercial entities, ensuring superior relationship management and client satisfaction.
- Build and maintain client relationships, targeting companies with revenues exceeding $1 million.
- Identify opportunities to bring large commercial entities into the portfolio.
- Develop and maintain a portfolio of commercial clients, achieving target growth and retention goals.
- Identify and engage with prospective clients to expand the portfolio.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and streamline loan processes.
- Monitor client portfolios to ensure financial health and mitigate risks.
- Mentor and guide junior team members in delivering exceptional service.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of lending or financial services experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS applications.
- Bachelor's degree or accounting coursework is preferred but not required.

- Reach and maintain your target portfolio size within a specified time frame
- Call prospects who are potentially profitable to the bank
- Always maintain the best interest of both the bank and customers in all matters
- Develop an efficient working relationship with Concurrence and the Small Business Loan Center for loan requests
