Job Description :
Must meet all requirements of Millwright III or Electrician III plus the following:
Develops action plans to improve equipment performance and reliabilityDevelop a reliability process for all new equipment installationPlans and schedules maintenance work assignmentsDevelops new hire training schedules for millwrightsSchedule new and refresher training for current personnelImplements work standards as created by the Planners and Maintenance SuperintendentDevelop best work practice tools listCreate runtime PMs, new PMs, and revise current PMsDevelop lubrication standards and practicesConstruct a plan to identify predictive maintenance measures (i.e., length of service, associated costs)Assists in mechanical troubleshooting, Coastal Machine Center Improvements (CMCI), and root cause analysis.Work with Department Superintendents to create Basic Care program for operators (simple lubrication, proper maintenance of heat exchangers and bearings).Assist with annual budgeting process to enhance reliabilityFollows company policies, procedures and safety rules Equal Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities The contractor will not discharge or in any other manner discriminate against employees or applicants because they have inquired about, discussed, or disclosed their own pay or the pay of another employee or applicant.
