The Reliability Engineer will be responsible for Managing the Non Destructive Testing/Mechanical Integrity (NDT/MI) program. In addition, candidate will work with governing entities, engineering, and state inspectors on ASME certified regulated pressure vessels and process relief valves (PRV), and boiler permits.This position is located in Keokuk, IowaWhat We Offer:

    • Manage NDT/MI program
    • Work with maintenance personnel on projects and maintenance reliability initiatives
    • Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on equipment breakdowns
    • Conduct Criticality Studies of equipment
    • Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA)
    • Create Predictive and Preventive Maintenance job plans
    • Manage PxB and Maintenance Reliability ProjectsWhat You'll Need: Education:
      • BS degree in Engineering (e.g. Mechanical, Industrial, or Chemical) Experience:
        • Minimum of 3 years of industrial or manufacturing plant experience
        • Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
        • Reliability Centered Maintenance, or PdM technology certifications
        • Routine NDT inspections including external and internal visual
        • Certifications in Magnetic Particle (MT), penetrant Testing (PT), or Ultrasonic Testing (UT)
        • Maintenance certification, such as Certified Maintenance Reliability Professional (CMRP)Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
          • This is a full-time position. Days and flexible hours of work are required to meet facility demands.Business Travel:
            • Domestic and international travel (up to 5 %) required.Physical Demands
              • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to speak or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand; walk, climb stairs, use hands and fingers to handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms; work in hot, cold and loud environments. Employee must be able to wear a respirator.Work Environment
