We're seeking a Reliability Engineer to join a dynamic manufacturing team in the Greater Richmond, VA region.

This is an excellent opportunity to work with a company that is heavily investing in new equipment, reliability centered maintenance initiatives and overall operational excellence to enhance production capabilities and scale up new material products.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead initiatives to improve equipment reliability and ensure consistent operational performance.
  • Conduct root cause analysis to identify and eliminate sources of equipment failures.
  • Develop and optimize preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions that enhance reliability and efficiency.
  • Support continuous improvement efforts in line with operational excellence goals.

Background

  • BS in Mechanical Engineering ideal
  • 3+ years of process manufacturing experience
  • Equipment Reliability Engineer experience, managing projects, outages and PMs
  • Ability to utilize Root Cause Analysis to create solutions and solve problems.
  • Highly organized, team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
