Reliability Engineer - Inspection, Troubleshooting, Failure Analysis - Ashtabula, OH #25-00989 Salary Range: $90K - $145K + Bonus - Permanent Position with Benefits.A manufacturing company is seeking to hire a Reliability Engineer to be responsible for all the in motion / rotating equipment in the plant.REQUIREMENTS

• B.S. degree in mechanical engineering or other engineering discipline.
• 5 years manufacturing experience preferred, ideally in a chemical manufacturing plant.
• 3 years of experience in a related reliability role preferred.
• Candidate should have strong knowledge and experience with rotating equipment; centrifugal pumps, positive displacement pumps, vacuum pumps, gearboxes, mechanical seals, centrifugal fans and blowers, and vibrational analysis.
• Knowledgeable in the main factors that play a role in damaging rotating equipment and be responsible for setting up inspection methods, identify what caused the failure and implement preventative plans.
• Understands process safety management & ISO systems.
• Troubleshoot problems.
• Strong understanding of how to diagnose issues and knowledgeable of tools and how to solve on-going problems both mechanical & electrical.
• Seeking strong communication skills, able to mentor others, analytical and be a strategic thinker.
• Evaluate and implement inspection findings to continuously improve maintenance of rotating equipment.
• Set up & implement asset maintenance programs and procedures to maintain or improve asset condition and performance as well as develop plans to improve equipment reliability for rotating equipment.
