Reliability Manager - Movement Search & Delivery : Job Details

Multiple locations North Carolina:

Location: Roanoke Rapids, NC

We are seeking a highly skilled Reliability Manager to lead reliability improvement efforts in a dynamic manufacturing environment. This role is critical for ensuring consistent performance and sustainability of our operations. Candidates located in North Carolina are highly preferred.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, certifications, and experience. A minimum of 5 years in a leadership role driving reliability improvements in manufacturing is required.
• Proven experience leading and managing maintenance teams while supporting operational teams to deliver measurable improvements in performance.
• Expertise in developing, implementing, and managing Preventative Maintenance (PM) programs to enhance equipment reliability and uptime.
• Strong track record of coaching and mentoring teams to build technical capabilities and support professional growth.
• Demonstrated ability to lead problem-solving efforts and implement reliability-centered processes, including automated systems and monitoring tools.
• Experience setting and achieving operational goals that drive consistent reductions in downtime and losses.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with proven team leadership capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with condition-based and predictive maintenance strategies.
• Practical knowledge of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), including Autonomous Maintenance and Planned Maintenance pillars.
• Familiarity with Analytical Process Mapping to optimize workflows and improve system reliability.
