• Manage equipment and monitor equipment for risks within its entire life cycle.
• Monitor, measure, and improve the performance and state-awareness of systems across multiple sites.
• Develop and execute root cause failure analysis, corrective and preventive actions to predict and minimize losses.
• Perform statistical data analysis to predict and minimize loses.
• Work with Maintenance / Operations management across sites to ensure proper inventory, spare parts, critical spares are identified and available.

About you

• Associate / Bachelor of Science degree in scientific field or equivalent experience
• Thorough knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Experience in plant operations
• Knowledge of maintenance processes and systems.
• Ability to work well across departments and maintain open communication lines to assure efficient problem resolution.
• Experience developing reliability programs.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint programs
• Knowledge of annual and long-term reliability and capital planning.
