We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Valve Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and experience in industrial maintenance, with a focus on valve systems. This role involves working both in the field and in-house to ensure the proper functioning and maintenance of various valve types. The Valve Technician will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service while ensuring that all equipment operates efficiently and safely.Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of valves to ensure optimal performance
• Utilize vision inspection systems to detect any issues or defects in valve operation
• Perform troubleshooting on malfunctioning valves and implement necessary repairs
• Fabricate components as needed to support valve maintenance and repair tasks
• Work with logic controllers to diagnose and resolve control system issues related to valves
• Provide field service support, addressing customer concerns promptly and professionally
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, repairs, and service activities for compliance and quality assurance
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
• Collaborate with team members to improve maintenance processes and efficiency
