A day in the life as a Remodeler:

Picture this: You start your day planning out a stunning bathroom remodel, excited about the creative possibilities. You head to the client's home, where you'll assist with the progress, ensuring every detail aligns with the client's vision. As you navigate through the project unexpected challenges will pop up and you'll have to assist with finding a solution.

What it takes to be successful as a Remodeler:

• Expertise: Solid experience in remodeling, particularly in bathrooms and kitchens.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Resourceful in addressing and resolving on-the-job challenges.
• Communication: Strong skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
• Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail to ensure high-quality craftsmanship and client satisfaction.
• Flexibility: Adaptable to manage diverse projects and evolving client needs.

The minimum requirements to be considered:

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in remodeling, focusing on bathrooms and kitchens.
• Proficiency in tile work; electrical and plumbing skills are a plus.
• Proven ability to work unsupervised on given tasks.

Work Schedule & Location:

• Location: Dresden, TN 38225
• Schedule: Part-time/Full-time Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
• Work Environment: Primarily on-site at client homes
