Remodeling Carpenter - Lambos Construction : Job Details

Lambo's Construction, Inc is looking for an experienced remodeling carpenter to join our team. We perform projects of all sizes, from one day repairs to large additions and new construction. We provide year round work. We specialize in trim carpentry but do many other aspects of carpentry and other trades. From framing to floors, tile and showers, etc. If it calls for it, we do it. We have a great team right now, but need another person because one of our team members just retired. We are looking for someone to be a sub-contractor with insurance and state certification. You just need the general contractor's license, not the Qualifier. We are a low key bunch that strives for perfection. If you are into guys yelling and demanding from you, this is not the group you want. We are respectful and polite and we get the job done in a friendly atmosphere. You would be your own boss and would be able to schedule your own work as well. Whether you want us to help or not is totally up to you. We are a small company that utilizes the trades as well, so you won't be asked to perform tasks you shouldn't be doing such as plumbing and electrical. We are looking for someone to go into the future with us and possibly take over ownership at some point. We start at between $30 and $45 per hour depending on your qualifications. We try and work only Monday through Friday, but sometimes an occasional Sat shift is warranted if you would like to work. We have a number of 12 unit apartments coming up to trim this winter and would like someone to join us as soon as possible. But they will be ready at the end of October, beginning of November so we would like someone with us before then.
